Job
Jobs are linked to an aircraft and contains all the costing of parts, services and labour allocated to a task card in a specific job. Reporting can easily be done per job provifing details to the AMO as well as the client.
Task Card
Task Cards contains the detail of work done on the specific card activity. A task card records the original defect/task and associated rectification/action for each task on a job.
Aircraft
Aircraft records are linked linked to a Job, as all jobs are relevant to a specific aircraft. In addition the aircraft specific information is recorded for record puproses on the job.
Parts
Store part numbers
Purchase Orders
Parts are controlled through a Store where parts are received through purchase orders and issued to Task Card contained in a job. Service required on a Task Card is also also ordered through the same Purchase Order system.
Inventory
Inventory relates to the management of parts and services. Included the ordering , receipt and issueing of parts to a job.
Services
Services are purchase orders used when work is subcontracted to an external supplier that provide the service. Services will always be linked to a task card .
