Jobs are linked to an aircraft and contains all the costing of labour and parts issued to the specific job. Reporting can easily be done per job provifing details to the AMO as well as the client.
Aircraft records are linked linked to a Job, as all jobs are relevant to a specific aircraft. In addition the aircraft specific information is recorded for record puproses on the job.
Job Card
Jobs Cards contains the detail of work done on the specific card activity. A jobcard records the original defect and associated rectification for each jobcard task on a job.
Inventory relates to the management of parts. Inincluded the ordering, receipt and issueing of parts to a job.
Sub contracts are used when work is subcontracted to another service provided. Similar information is recorded as for jobcards, but subcontracts does not have staff time recorded.
